WELCOME TO DROYD MEDIA
I’m a digital and creative media leader with over a decade of experience telling stories and building brands in NCAA Division I athletics. My work has been comprised of strategy and creativity; leading teams, shaping visual identity, and creating content that drives real connection with fans.
While much of my career has been in college athletics, I’ve also developed a diverse range of experience beyond sports. Through freelance and independent work, I’ve created content for banks, religious organizations, and small businesses, along with photography work that includes weddings, graduations, and senior sessions. That range has helped me adapt my storytelling to different audiences and bring a more well-rounded creative perspective to every project.
I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate across departments and develop campaigns that support recruiting, fan engagement, and revenue goals, all while helping creatives grow into leaders of their own. I care deeply about building a culture where people think boldly, create with purpose, and take pride in their work.
At the end of the day, I’m passionate about telling meaningful stories and pushing the standard of what creative can be.
